About Us
A.H. Okuda Woodworking is a small one-person operation located on Oahu, Hawaii.
Our name
A.H. Okuda is not a person, but three people. The 'A' is for Alfons, my grandfather who taught me woodworking and how to enjoy building things with my hands. The 'H' is for Harris, my late father-in-law who taught me the value of quality craftsmanship and working hard for those you love. The 'Okuda' is the part that ties me to my family's and extended family's history of woodworking.
